Electrician Tools List

It’s The Poor Craftsman Who Blames His Tools

The good electrician with the inferior tools will often produce better work than the mediocre electrician with the best tools. That being said, a good electrician with the best tools is a production force to be reckoned with. Sometimes we might pay more for quality tools but many times it is worth the investment. By having the right, quality tool with him or her, the electrician will be able to increase production and decrease frustration.

A Construction Electrician

I like being a construction electrician. I work on interesting projects, I do interesting tasks, and I meet a wild cast of characters (myself included). Being a construction electrician can have it’s advantages. I was on the roof of a high rise when I saw the Space Shuttle being taken on its final fight across the United States. I get to tour many iconic buildings. And I get breath taking views of the city skyline that many people don’t ever get the chance to see.

I have to remember though that I signed up to work in a competitive industry. Competitive in the sense that the contractor I work for has to make a profit so that he can bid and compete with other contractors for work. And competitive in the sense that when the work dries up I am in competition for my job with the electrician working beside me.

Always Learning And Improving

An electrician serious about his craft will not skimp when it comes to his personal tools. If he wants to be the best at his trade (I am assuming he/she does), not only do they have to constantly learn and upgrade their skills, they have to have quality tools.
